Your licence
Buying Transit Constructor gives you a personal licence to install and play the game on your own computers, using your licence key. The key is for you: please don't share or resell it. Keys from refunded or disputed orders stop working.
Early access
The game is in early access. Features will change, numbers will be rebalanced, and saved games from one version may not always open in a later one. Updates are included in the price.
Things you make
Your networks, screenshots, maps and videos are yours to share. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence; please keep the attribution.
Payments and refunds
Creem sells the game to you as our merchant of record and handles taxes and receipts. See the refund policy.
The usual
The game is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those your local law gives you. We are not liable for lost saves or indirect losses, as far as the law allows.
