When you buy
Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem receives your payment details; we never see them. We receive your email address, order number and licence key, and keep them to send your key again if you lose it and to handle refunds.
When you play
- Your games, settings and achievements stay on your computer.
- To check your licence, the game sends your key and an id for this computer to our server, about once every 14 days.
- To build a city, the game downloads map data from OpenStreetMap services, which see your IP address as any website would.
- If you send a challenge score or make a share link, we store the name you choose and your network so others can see them.
No ads, no tracking, no selling of data.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, at support@transitconstructor.com. Deleting your order record means we can no longer resend your key.
